What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major South African payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, debit cards, EFT bank transfers, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayFlex buy-now-pay-later. All payments are processed in South African Rand (ZAR) and secured via Yoco.

Is it safe to pay on Wild Haven?

Yes. All payments are processed through Yoco, one of South Africa's most trusted payment providers. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Can I pay using PayFlex?

Yes. PayFlex is available at checkout, allowing you to split your purchase into four equal payments with zero interest.

Shipping and Delivery

How long does delivery take?

All orders are delivered within 8 to 11 business days across South Africa. This applies to all provinces including Gauteng, Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Eastern Cape, and all other regions.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs a flat R80 on all orders. Orders over R999 qualify for free delivery.

Do you deliver nationwide in South Africa?

Yes. We deliver to all cities, towns, and suburbs across all nine provinces of South Africa including Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, East London, Nelspruit, Polokwane, and surrounding areas.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery through our courier partner's tracking portal.

What courier do you use?

We use trusted South African courier services for all deliveries. Your order will be securely packaged and collected for delivery once your payment is confirmed.

Returns and Refunds

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days once your return is confirmed. Funds will be returned to your original payment method.
