Returns and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your Wild Haven order. If something is not right, we will fix it. Here is how our returns and refund process works.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a refund or replacement.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be in their original condition
- Be unused or unopened where applicable
- Include original packaging where possible
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you. You will not need to return damaged goods in most cases.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will arrange collection of the wrong item and delivery of the correct one at no additional cost to you.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us through our contact page with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 24 hours on business days with return instructions
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days once your return is confirmed. Funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or opened where hygiene is a concern
- Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
