Wild Haven delivers pet accessories to all cities, towns, and suburbs across South Africa. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Delivery Timeframe

All orders are delivered within 8 to 11 business days from the date your payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

Delivery Cost

  • Standard delivery: R80 flat fee on all orders
  • Free delivery on orders over R999

We deliver nationwide across all nine provinces of South Africa including:

  • Gauteng: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Sandton, Centurion, Midrand, Soweto, Randburg
  • Western Cape: Cape Town, Stellenbosch, Paarl, George, Knysna
  • KwaZulu-Natal: Durban, Pietermaritzburg, Richards Bay, Newcastle, Umhlanga
  • Eastern Cape: Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha), East London, Mthatha
  • Free State: Bloemfontein, Welkom, Kimberley
  • Limpopo: Polokwane, Tzaneen, Louis Trichardt
  • Mpumalanga: Nelspruit, Witbank, Secunda
  • North West: Rustenburg, Potchefstroom, Klerksdorp
  • Northern Cape: Kimberley, Upington, Springbok

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your delivery progress through our courier partner's tracking system.

Important Shipping Notes

  • Orders are processed on business days only
  • Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods such as Black Friday and December holidays
  • Ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout as we cannot redirect shipments once dispatched
  • We do not ship to international addresses outside of South Africa

Shipping Time Explanation

We display delivery times in business days rather than calendar weeks. As a reference: 5 business days is approximately 1 week, 10 business days is approximately 2 weeks, and 11 business days is approximately 3 calendar weeks including weekends.
